If I could give 10 stars I would! The venue for my wedding was beyond beautiful. The entire experience was amazing and I really can’t put into words how I felt that day and how I still feel. I felt like royalty walking into this establishment. They ensured no one was able to see me until it was time. Absolutely beautiful party! We had a Minnie Mouse themed 3rd birthday for my daughter and everything was perfect. KIU decorated beyond my expectations providing balloons, table decor, and a table setup for the birthday cake. Staff on site was helpful and attentive. I would love to use them again for her next party if I’m in the area.

The place was stunning!! I hosted my mom’s 50th birthday party about two weeks ato and it was amazing! Great staff, nice space, and the decor was definitely on theme but elegant as well! My family and I had a blast!! We will definitely be hosting more events here! Thank you Ms. Tameka for everything and making my vision come to life! Definitely recommend ! 10/10

We have full-service Event Venues

We specialize in making you special occasions memorable! We have packages to fit your needs. We have all-inclusive packages and ala carte', to fit all budgets! We have more than 15yrs experience with excellent references available. We now have 2 event venues, side by side, to meet your needs and help maintain your budget. Each venue space is spacious and offers full-service events. KIU I is 6000sq ft and has a banquet seating capacity of 300 guests. KIU II is 3400 sq ft and has a banquet seating capacity of 150 guests.

We host weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, workshops, bridal showers, engagement parties, retirement parties, kids parties, pageants, and expos. Please come tour our Venue and let us make your special occasions one to remember!!!

The quote for our events range from $1000 for up to 50 guests, $1500 for up to 75 guests, $2000 for up to 100 guests, $2500 for up to 125 guests, $4000 for up to 150 guests, $4600 for up to 175 guests, and $5000 for up to 200 guests, $5600 for up to 225 guests, $6200 for up to 250 guests, $6600 for up to 275 guests, and $7200 for up to 300 guests. A non-refundable 25% retainer is required to hold the date. Payments can be made up to 30 days before the event, at this time all monies are due in full. The quoted rental fee includes:
Venue for 6hrs

Tables and clear Chaivari chairs
Your choice of black or white tablecloths
Buffet tables with linen
Cocktail tables with linen
Gift table with linen
Dessert table with linen
2 white curtain backdrops
Courtesy officer
Outside food is permitted

If you are interested in venue with decor the cost is $700 to any package above, and includes everything listed above and:

Centerpieces in rose gold, gold, silver or crystal
Chair sashes, table runners and overlays
Charger plates and napkins in rose gold, gold, or silver

Balloon garland decor
Throne loveseat
Uplighting in your color choice
Guest of honor table decor
Dessert table with decor
Sequined curtain backdrops in rose gold, gold or silver
Tea light candles and vases
